Been living in Sydney for 8 years, have tried nos. of Indian restaurants viz billu da dab ha, maya da dhaba - thousand spices, Jaipur etc., the food were at best from average to below average, didn't go 2nd time. But essence of north India has blown me away with their delicious authentic Indian food. First impression is the best impression -hope they can maintain the standard . If you want good authentic lip smacking Indian food go to this place-u won't be disappointed. The Nepalese girl - the hostess gives you good service and advises you on the menu.
